Effective date

These terms are effective as of February 9, 2026.

Use of the software

You may use the software as intended. You are responsible for proper configuration, operation, and the management of your systems and backups.

"As is" basis

The software is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Backups and restores

You are responsible for verifying that backups are completed successfully and that restores work for your environment. You should regularly test restores and keep independent backup copies where appropriate. I do not guarantee that any backup or restore operation will complete successfully or prevent data loss.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including data loss, system damage, lost profits, loss of use, or business interruption arising from the use of the software or service.

Subscriptions and support

Subscriptions are for supporting development of the project. A subscription does not include a right to support, warranty, indemnity, or any additional liability from the developer unless separately agreed in writing.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through the payment provider shown during checkout. You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made, unless required by law or separately agreed.

Availability

I aim to provide a reliable service, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
